These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between CIVIL DETAILING ("Service Provider") and the person or organization ("Client") booking or using our services. By submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01 / Scope of Service

Scope of Service

1.1 Operational Definition

Civil Detailing provides professional mobile car detailing, including paint correction, steam cleaning, and protective coatings. All services are performed to a high standard using quality products and proven techniques.

1.2 Scope Adjustments

The scope of each service is based on the information provided at booking. If the vehicle's actual condition differs significantly from what was described, we may need to adjust the service scope and pricing before proceeding.

03 / Liability Limits

CIVIL DETAILING is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that existed in the vehicle prior to the service appointment.

Note: Pressure washing and cleaning products may worsen pre-existing issues with seals, electronics, or deteriorated paint. Clients with known vulnerabilities should advise us before the appointment.

3.1 Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before we arrive. Civil Detailing is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during service.

3.2 Post-Service Inspection

Please inspect your vehicle at the time of handover. Any concerns about the work must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

04 / Client Obligations

Client Obligations

4.1 Water & Power Access

Clients must provide access to a water source and a 120V electrical outlet (minimum 15A) for our mobile equipment.

4.2 Work Area

The work area must be a flat, paved surface with at least 3 metres of clearance around the vehicle.

4.3 Vehicle Keys

Vehicle keys must be handed over at the start of the appointment and will be returned once payment has been received.

05 / Termination Protocol

Termination Protocol

Either party may end this agreement in the event of a material breach. If a client cancels mid-service, they remain responsible for 100% of material costs and 50% of the labour for the time worked.
