Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contractual infrastructure between CIVIL DETAILING ("Service Provider") and the Individual or Corporate Entity ("Client") utilizing our precision maintenance and aesthetic engineering systems. By initializing a service request, the Client acknowledges full architectural compliance with these parameters.
Scope of Service
1.1 OPERATIONAL_DEFINITION
Civil Detailing provides high-density surface decontamination, precision correction, and industrial-grade protective coatings. All processes are executed according to manufacturer-grade specifications and environmental standards.
1.2 VARIABLE_CONTINGENCY
Service depth is determined by initial telemetry (vehicle assessment). Changes in asset condition upon arrival may trigger a re-negotiation of the technical scope and associated resource allocation.
Booking & Scheduling Protocol
| Action_Type | Timeline_Requirement | System_Penalty |

| Standard Cancellation | > 48 Hours Notice | None (Full Refund) |
| Late Adjustment | 24 - 48 Hours Notice | 25% Service Fee |

Liability Limits & Indemnity
CIVIL DETAILING assumes no liability for mechanical failure or electrical malfunctions inherent to the asset's structural integrity prior to service initialization.
Note: High-pressure water and chemical cleaning agents may exacerbate pre-existing vulnerabilities in seals, electronic housings, or degraded clear-coat layers.
3.1 ASSET EXTRACTION
Personal items must be extracted from the vehicle cockpit prior to technician arrival. The Service Provider is not liable for missing assets not cataloged in the pre-service manifest.
3.2 POST-OPS INSPECTION
Post-service inspection occurs immediately upon handover. Claims of surface defect must be filed within 24 hours of completion code generation.
Precision Execution Protocol

Client Obligations
Client must provide access to a localized water source and 120V electrical outlet (minimum 15A) for mobile units.
The service zone must be a flat, paved surface with adequate clearance (min 3m) around the entire vehicle perimeter.
Vehicle keys must be provided to the technician at the start of the service window and returned only upon payment clearing.
Termination Rigor
Either party may terminate this agreement if a breach of protocol occurs. In the event of Client-side termination mid-operation, the Client remains liable for 100% of the material costs and 50% of the labor allocation assigned to the project duration.
